My latest commission is an oil painting of Western Boulevard, Nottingham and was commissioned by the father of the children walking home with their scooters.  In the early evening the colour  were still in the sky but all the beauty of Autumn was highlighted by the street lamps. It is fortuitous that the children’s clothes perfectly complement the trees and fallen leaves.  I will never travel that road again without remembering the joy I have had working on this painting.
